We are proud to present our latest logistics carrier: the MW01-PP model. This is our response to the extreme demands and rigorous standards of the automotive sector.

In automotive logistics, there is no room for compromise, and the demands placed on pallets are relentless. That is why we have developed a pallet made from a special recycled polypropylene (PP) compound. The use of this unique blend of raw materials has enabled us to achieve unprecedented structural rigidity and excellent logistical performance.

📈 What does this mean in practice?

We have drastically increased the load-bearing capacity of our high-bay racking systems. In laboratory tests, our new model achieved a rack load capacity of as much as 1,117 kg (although, for maximum safety and long-term durability, we recommend a limit of 1,000 kg)! In addition, the pallet guarantees a safe static load of up to 3,000 kg and a dynamic load of up to 1,500 kg.

🔄 Full Circular Economy in the Automotive Industry When designing the MW01-PP model, we had the full logistics and raw materials cycle in mind. Our system fits perfectly into the relationships between component suppliers and car manufacturers:
Parts delivery: Component suppliers (Tier 1 & Tier 2) send their products on MW01-PP pallets directly to vehicle manufacturers (OEMs, such as VW, MAN and others).
Return of serviceable pallets: Serviceable pallets are returned to Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to be reused in the logistics process.
Recycling of damaged pallets into new components: What happens to pallets that become damaged after years of intensive use? Instead of becoming waste, they are sent to the recycling area at the vehicle manufacturers’ sites. There, they are shredded and regranulated, and the resulting 100% pure rPP raw material is used by automotive groups to manufacture new car components (e.g. covers, casings or interior parts). It’s the perfect zero-waste model!
